  • I wanted to thank Tom and let you know what a great experience I had during my last service visit. 

    My daughter’s 2000 Maxima car keys were stolen.  I was picking up my other Nissan from the dealership and Tom explained they could simply rekey and reset the chip and we would be in business again.  Since we had an old set of keys all that needed to be done was to have the car towed in and they would re-sync the computer chip.  Unfortunately, it didn’t turn out as easy as that.  If you want the details please ask Tom I’m sure he can explain better than I can.

    Bottom line is the mechanic figured out how to make it work without having to replace additional parts, which kept it affordable.  Tom also did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop and not giving up with the easy solution – replace parts.
