Nissan Plans to Enter All-Electric Vehicle in the World's Greatest Road Race

Last updated 4 years ago

Nissan is planning to enter the 2014 24 Hours of Le Mans race with an all-electric vehicle. The 24 Hours of Le Mans is a legendary endurance race that tests the durability and speed of a vehicle over 24 straight hours of racing. And, Nissan will be competing with a zero-emissions all-electric sports car.

This experimental racecar will feature the latest in battery charging technology in order to keep it running over all 24 hours of the competition. This is just another example of how Nissan continues to push the envelope when it comes to automotive technology, innovation, and design.
